The town and beach of La Cala are located 300m away from the complex. La Noria Golf course and restaurant is just 750m away and there is a large supermarket opposite the complex. The house benefits from a private pool, two parking spaces in the garage underneath the house (Plus a drive and parking outside the house), aircon units and electric shutters in the lounge & bedrooms, a gas fire & free WIFI.
This tastefully furnished house is arranged over four levels and benefits from a large open plan living space on the ground floor.
