New! This is a beautiful traditional home in Soller surrounded by a great garden and orange orchards.
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 230m2 stone house is a typical Soller outskirts home that enjoys a large and luscious garden with tall trees that provide great shade during the months of summer. There is also a large barbecue and terrace for great outdoors dining and relaxing and for many months you can pick your own oranges for fresh orange juice or even other fruits. There is also private parking for two vehicles.
As you can see in the images, the house interiors reflect typical, very well cared for Mallorquin furniture and decoration. There are three bedrooms with two of them having a double bed and the other two single beds for a total of 6 guests. Of course, if needed, we also have a travel cot for babies.
Thsi property is located about half-way between Soller and Port de Soller. A leisure walk takes you to downtown Soller in about 15-10 minutes and to Port de Soller in about 20-25 minutes. In both paces you can enjoy great stores, restaurants and bars. There are three different stores 5-7 minutes away by walking and several restaurants 10 minutes away. By car, the property is near MA-10, so it is easy to drive anywhere and there are several hiking routes nearby.
