High above Boulder, beyond the summit of Flagstaff, and walking distance to the Walker Ranch Loop trail, you'll find this quiet 3 bedroom home, complete with a home office and plenty of deck space! A sweet family once lived here and you can still feel the love. They left behind many comforts, and also some great equipment for the kids. The fenced yard offers a playset the kids can explore while you grill up some dinner! Take in the abundant mountain views as you unwind.
Enter the xeriscaped home between two welcoming Adirondack chairs and you will find yourself in the pass-through mud room. To your left are the stairs up to the large, carpeted, office with 2 desks, a couch, a balcony, and a wood stove. This space is super comfy! The office sits above the garage (which is not available for guest use - sorry). The mud room also opens onto the huge back deck and fenced back yard. The main living space is just to your right, as you enter the bright, open living room. Two sofas, a piano, and a ceiling fan greet you and draw you toward the dining area and the modern kitchen. You will feel right at home in this well-stocked kitchen. Cook up some fun! There are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on this main level. Each one has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower.
Downstairs you will find a great kitchenette and another dining area. There is a sliding door to a ground level patio. (There is a broken hot tub that got frozen. Please don't get your hopes up. we are not including it in the rate.) Also downstairs you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, full size laundry machines, and a bonus queen bed behind a privacy screen. There is a pellet stove down here to keep everyone cozy, and another couch for hanging out.
You will love the homey, loving vibe of this wonderful family home. You can get away from it all, while still being 20 minutes from downtown Boulder! Hiking and biking are right outside your door in the quiet foothills of Colorado. Or just relax on the comfortable deck furniture and recharge.
