Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, full-sized refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher with detergent, coffee press, pour over & Keurig coffee maker with pods, instant hot water and microwave. Full size washing machine with laundry detergent and dryer in the basement.

Located on the southern end of Plum Island, our beach house is a 3 minute (0.2 mile) walk to the ocean. Explore the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge, it's a wildlife sanctuary encompassing parts of Plum Island. It was established in 1942 primarily to provide feeding, resting, and nesting habitats for migratory birds. Maudslay State Park, Newburyport is a sprawling local treasure features 16 miles of walking trails, fields, water views and 19th century gardens.
