Positive: lovely caravan on a really nice peaceful site good facilities to use over the road. the verandah around the caravan made it safe and secure for our grandson to be outside the bedding etc is lovely and kitchen well equipped and some nice toys for children.
Negative: we go to Cartmel Races each year on the Saturday but were too late to book our usual caravan, I really am unhappy with paying over £200 per night (400 for 2 nights) to be told by booking.com we could arrive at 3pm which we did to find the cleaners , 2 lovely girls just arriving and saying check in is 4pm! they took 45 mins to clean knowing we were waiting with a 20month old child, we then have to be out by 10am so thats really £400 for 1 day 2 nights !!! this is a leftover from Covid and it needs to change! Sadly as well the single beds are really too small for an adult , if my husband had come with us he would have needed to put his feet up the wall !! my daughter and husband had the double room. the beds were clean and the bedding lovely. no toiletries so take everything you need .
Summary: nice caravan but pricey for the length of stay single beds not really big enough for adults
