You will absolutely feel the New Mexico Vibes when you enter this Bright, Cozy, Comfortable 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Dwelling with just the right touch of Southwest-Inspired, Modern Decor. Recently-added Skylights illuminate the Space during the day, making the room feel Light and Airy. (Black-out Shades in all Bedrooms.) New HVAC, *Refrigerated/Central AC* (rare in Albuquerque) keeps you cool during the warmer months!

The Kitchen offers Granite Counters w/ Waterfall Edge, New Soft-Close Cabinetry, New Stainless Steel Samsung Appliances, Coffee Bar, + Patio-Access. We've stocked the Kitchen with plenty of pots + pans, cooking utensils, chopsticks, wine/bottle opener(s), wine glasses, salt, pepper, oils, Starbucks Coffee (K-cups), and Lipton Tea! Half & half plus sugar/sweetener available as well.
The Home features 2 Master Suites (one on each level) with Recently Renovated Private/Ensuite Bathrooms with Floor-to-Ceiling Tile and Frameless Glass. Each Master has a Smart TV equipped w/ Roku + Free Netflix. Bedroom #3 (on main level) doubles as an Office/Work Area and offers its own little Patio/Private Outdoor Space. There's also a Full Bath adjacent to Bedroom #3 (essentially, each bedroom in this home has its own bathroom). The Spacious Upper-Level Master Suite offers a Luxurious King Bed. The First-Floor Master has a Comfy Queen. In Bedroom #3 you'll find a Full/Double Bed (which sleeps 1-2 depending on comfort-level). Additionally, there's a Rollaway Twin/Single Bed in the First-Floor Master walk-in closet.
We've taken great care to ensure a restful, rejuvenating night's sleep in our Casa.
