Summary: 360 resort has the best view over Sihanoukville from the infinity pool and restaurant. We had to get up early in the morning to catch a train to Phnom Penh and the staff had made each of us a breakfast box for the trip, which was delicious. They also drove us to the train station. These touches mean a lot and made travelling easier.
