The 2,800-square-foot home has whitewashed vaulted ceilings, hardwood-look floors and large windows throughout that let in lots of natural light. Surrounded by tall Monterey Pines and native Live Oaks, the pet-friendly residence is perfect for family and friends in a beautiful setting in a gated community.
The 4-bedroom, 3 bath residence has elegant, eclectic décor in coastal tones of blue, gray and sand, with a bonus room downstairs that can be a sleeping area or game/TV room. Just across the road is the fairway at Monterey Peninsula County Club Golf Course and a several minutes’ walk to the ocean on the community trail. Spanish Bay Resort is just a few minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk.
The home is conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from downtown Carmel, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Asilomar, and about half an hour to Big Sur.
Living Spaces
Guests enter via a stairway to the front door, adjacent to a large tiled patio with comfortable outdoor seating and a gourmet gas grill. The entryway leads to the main level, with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen as well as bedroom areas.
The living room has a wood-burning gas start fireplace, multiple sofas and upholstered chairs perfect for lounging. At one end of the room is a TV area with a 45-inch HDTV.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen has quartz countertops, a deep sink with pullout faucet, a tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances that include a six-burner gas cooktop, double ovens and a large side-by-side Jenn-Air refrigerator. A storage room off the kitchen has a washer and dryer and countertop space for folding and organizing.
A dining room area that flows into the living room and kitchen has seating for six, and nearby kitchen counter seating can accommodate two more.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is a suite with two closets and a sitting area near the window, from which the ocean can be seen through the treetops, a carved four-poster Cal King bed and 45-inch HDTV.
The en suite bath has a large tiled shower and granite vanity top.
Bedroom #2 features a queen bed with fabric headboard and a desk area as well as views of the ocean through the window.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed with fabric headboard and a leather club chair and ottoman, and a peek of the ocean when lying in bed.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bathroom with a combination tub/shower, dual mirrors, and a granite vanity top.
Downstairs, Bedroom #4 is a multi-purpose suite that includes a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower, along with a TV and seating area as well as a game table, board games and small bar area.
Storage and parking for two vehicles is available in the over-sized two car garage and additional parking space is available in the driveway.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
