About this space
Our Burnt Church home is less than a mile from Old Town Bluffton and comes with access, upon request to our new Golf Cart!
Secluded with the home surrounded by woods & an open backyard to enjoy the firepit. The back patio overlooks it all, ready with a gas grill & plenty of space to enjoy.
Inside you'll find all the amenities you need for a complete stay: a cute breakfast nook, dining room, specialty coffee provided, laundry, access to YouTubeTV, highspeed Wi-Fi and keyless self check-in.
The space
THIS HOME:
Our three bedroom home is on the second floor. Long term tenants do live on the first floor. They are quiet and respectful.
Your stay comes with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has it's own two-sink bathroom and walk-in closet and pack-n-play with fitted sheet.
There's a TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer included in your stay.
When you arrive at the house you will can enter up one flight of stairs with keyless entry. Once inside, you can enjoy relaxing in the spacious living room, the back porch with grill, or out by the fire pit.
Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty coffee roasted just for our guests. We provide a great selection of teas.
The kitchen is also well stocked to cook almost any meal you would desire. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, range and dishwasher.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure! This home has plenty of room to spend with friends and family. Board and card games available!
Both full bathrooms have all the essentials you need, including soaps, shampoo, and hair dryer.

Along with two free parking spaces, you have access to the front porch on the second floor, along with the back porch with a grill overlooking a huge backyard with a firepit for your enjoyment.
Other things to note...
Our 2023 Golf Cart is available for a small fee after signing our liability waiver. It's on the property to give you quick access to Old Town so you can enjoy the area. The fee helps cover maintenance, insurance and gas.
