Summary: Overall rating: 4.0-4.5. Having lived in South Jax Beach previously, I loved the location. The pros: I would rent again. It's in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to access A1A, JTB, groceries, etc. It's also easy to access the beach. Beach towels. The con's: Limited towels, only one bath towel per person. No steak knives. Only one cutting knife. Limited utensils. Limited dishwashing soap.
