Comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double, plus use of a large 4th bedroom with queen and double beds and ensuite if required at an extra cost. The open plan living area and outdoor covered seating look out over the expansive lawn to the water. Absolutely idyllic!

What more can you ask for with a view like this than to be comfortable while you gaze out at it! This holiday home has a rustic country appeal with big comfy sofas in the lounge, a sunlounger in the garden and views from every window.
The open plan living area includes lounge seating for 7, a large TV, and floor length windows and sliding doors spanning the entire width of the room. Behind it sits the dining suite that seats at least 8. The kitchen off to one side, while older in style, is fully equipped for an extended stay of larger groups and includes a microwave.
Doors lead out to the covered patio that houses a further dining table and chairs as well as a sun lounger. Pour yourself a wine and watch the birdlife on the river. This is certainly the life!

Its setting abounds in nature walks, with plenty of birdlife on the river and there are lovely local beaches in the area. Greenwell Point provides amenities such as an IGA, the local pub, a seafood restaurant/cafe, takeaway fish and chips and a pharmacy.
Just 15 minutes drive away is the popular Culburra Beach, patrolled in the summer season, and there are also beaches at Currarong and Callala, easily accessible by car.
If you enjoy active pursuits, there’s plenty to do. The nature reserve and coastal walks are major drawcards. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the coastline from local lookouts. Nearby are tennis courts, a skate park and a bowling club, all within a walk or very short drive. There’s also a golf course at Shoalhaven Heads.
Greenwell Point Bowling Club, offering lawn bowls and a family-friendly Chinese, is a two-minute walk away and Jim Wild’s oyster farm is well worth a visit if you enjoy fresh seafood. Culburra has a thriving cafe culture and several eateries, including Italian, fish and chips, vegetarian, Chinese and Mexican.
For some holiday retail therapy, there’s an art and craft gallery at Greenwell Point, a gift and homewares shops in Culburra and The Mill Precinct at Pyree, just a short drive west, selling local arts and crafts. Its cafe may well tempt you for lunch. Another lovely day trip is to Merribee Botanic Gardens. The journey there is thoroughly enjoyable through some very pretty countryside. For more mainstream amenities, Nowra is only a 20 minute drive away.
