This unique home features a unique sandy beach area above the waterline with flagstone rocks leading into the lake. Electric trams along the bluff provide convenient beach access and a fire pit is perfect for S'mores by the Lake!
The open concept living features a spacious living and dining room that flows into the well-furnished three season room with beautiful views of the shoreline.
The primary suite offers guests a true retreat with a King bed and spa-like bathroom. Walk right onto the deck from the primary suite and enjoy the sounds of Lake Michigan as you sip your morning coffee.
Three more bedrooms including a bunk room, a Queen bedroom and a bedroom with a King bed and patio access!
Enjoy peeks of the lake all year round and full views from November - April when the leaves are in winter mode.

Hot tub was installed and operational in Dec 2024. Please note: parking is limited. 3 cars can fit in the garage / driveway but there is no street parking in the neighborhood. Tickets will be issued.
