Positive: The location was great, the accommodation was lovely, great facilities.
Negative: The mattress was a bit saggy in one of the main bedrooms, time for a new one, the only bad thing his Horizon Villa Vacations who manage the property, they take a $500 deposit from your credit card and then take months to refund it, and when it came to refunding it they said they couldnt do it as the card wouldnt accept the refund! several phone calls and emails later and they said to give them my bank details, then they still didnt pay it to my bank so told me to contact my credit card company (7 months after i paid the deposit) to do a card charge back, I have started that process now, total bad customer service form Hozion. USA usually has such amazing customer service. a shame as puts me off booking anything with horizon again who are keeping deposits longer, probably to make interest on it in their bank.
Summary: Great location shame about the Horizan company and their non existent deposit refund attempts!
