With the capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests, this luxurious retreat has 4 King bedrooms, a cozy bunk loft, and ample space for dining and both indoor and outdoor entertainment.

Summary: The house has a nice floor plan and layout. The deco in it was based on the name of the house. Very cute. Nice tile showers with each bedroom. Kitchen had almost everything you could need. Loved that they provided the paper towels and toilet paper and soaps that you would use. We bought some dawn dish soap so we could clean a few things ourselves, like the baby bottles since only dish washing soap was available. Here are a few items that we did not particularly like or thought needed attention. 1. The kitchen sink hot water took at least 2-3 minutes to get warm, the bathroom sinks and showers heated up very fast. Not sure what they issue was with that. 2. Not all of the windows and doors have blinds or are covered. 3. The lots are pretty small. They are building houses pretty close to each other, so I felt we were not as secluded as you would think. 4. The coffee filters were normal 12 cup round filters and it needed triangular ones. 5. There was a lip on the top of the stairs that we stubbed our toes on multiple times 6. Putt Putt areas need reworked. Not all lights working. Loved the extendable putters and soft balls for kids. Very cute idea. 7. Outdoor TV remote needs new batteries 8. Washers smelt like mildew. 9. Beds were kind of hard to move around in or get out of. 10. Game console did not work properly. Only played for 1 life and ended. 11. Don't go down Catfish Bay!! You will get stuck.
