Entering the home on the main first level, you'll notice an abundance of natural light and a thoughtfully designed lay-out. The fully stocked kitchen boasts new appliances, a gas range, and plenty of prep space. There is a new dining table that seats six as well as four counter-height stools at the kitchen bar. For added convenience, there is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a half-bath on the first floor.

There are 4 bedrooms on the second level of the home (king, king, queen, queen), including the primary suite. The primary bedroom suite features a large master closet with private entry/exit, a desk, deck access, a 60” smart TV, and private bathroom with split vanities, a jetted tub, and a roomy steam shower. The king guestroom on this second floor has a private bathroom while the two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. These three bedrooms also have smart TVs. The massive fifth bedroom is in the room over the garage (or the “FROG”) and is a perfect spot for kids. It can sleep up to four in one king bed, one twin bed, and another twin daybed and has a small sitting area with smart TV. There is a Pottery Barn crib with breathable Newton mattress and a Stokke high-chair as well that guests may use.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.
