Welcome to our lakefront retreat on semi-private Pickerel Lake, offering 65 feet of private lake frontage. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with an electric fireplace, a game room, and two outdoor decks. Outside, enjoy a hot tub, a fire pit with seating, patio furniture, and a propane grill. Water lovers can take advantage of the included pedal boat, 2 kayaks, and an electric motor boat for fishing. Guests are also welcome to bring their own pontoon or jet ski and dock it on-site. A public boat launch is nearby on the east side of the lake (S Ave).
The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. On the main floor, there’s one bedroom with a queen bed featuring a green tea memory foam mattress. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, futon, and a private deck with lake views. Also upstairs are two more bedrooms with queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed.
