? POOL HEAT: Water temperature without the heat is on average at 65-72F degrees (winter) and 75-84F degrees (summer). With the pool heat option, it is set to 90-95MAX. The Pool Heat option is $25 x Day.
? BBQ/Grill: a $95 flat fee. The payment goes to the vendor who supplies and cleans the grill. It does come with ONE full tank of propane. No requirement to re fill it at end of use.
? BABY GEAR: a pack n play & highchair available upon request. (No charge for first set ? charges apply for additional units)

CHECK IN: 4PM VIA FRONT DOOR KEYPAD WITH ACCESS CODE PROVIDED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL HERE IN YOUR ARIBNB APP.
CHECK OUT: 10 AM AS CLEANERS WILL BE READY TO ENTER HOME PROMPTY AT 10AM. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS TO BE SENT OUT 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE IN YOUR AIRBNB APP.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. All beds will be made with clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There are no Mid-stay cleaning services available at the time. Each Guest receives 3 towels (1 bath + 1 hand + 1 pool) We do NOT provide washcloths. Please note all towels will be accounted for at the end of your stay. There will be a charge for missing or damaged towels.
STARTER SUPPLIES: This Home is a self-provided home. Therefore, it does not provide replenishing features the way a hotel would. Please prepare accordingly as the following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles outside the front of house.
RESORT ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all Adult Guests in the group to gain access to the Resort / Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the Airbnb CHAT to Host in due time.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (Number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
