Be mindful of our two large walls of windows, especially with children, to prevent any accidents involving items being thrown or falling onto them. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host.**
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.
3) Quiet hours 9pm-9am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) No pets allowed.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10) No glass bottles near hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in hot tub . Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if pool requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
11) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
