This 3,500 sq ft private, beach house is a one-of-a-kind property, in an amazing location, and walking distance to the beach in a private neighborhood. The house sleeps 16 comfortably in beds with 6 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms. The three master bedrooms, with their own bathrooms are upstairs, and three more bedrooms are downstairs. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. Upstairs also has a Theater/Arcade Room which boasts a HUGE Movie/TV Screen, Classic Arcade Machine with 3,000 games from PacMan to Frogger; Xbox and Wii with 100+ games for each; Dart Board; Board Games and a full size SkeeBall Machine!! Add on a street legal golf cart with our partner vendors!
There is also a two-story screened-in heated pool and jacuzzi so you can enjoy the water and outdoor cooking...night and day without pesky bugs!!! The double deck lanai provides a relaxing area to enjoy your stay. With plenty of space and privacy, the home is great for a big family (or several) to relax and explore Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, the Space Coast and Orlando!
This house is the most unique, private house in the city on almost a half of an acre with tons of privacy to provide your own, private oasis!
Your vacation: You’ll enter the property on a private road. The house is a “flag lot” so it sits off the street behind another property. In fact, it is the ONLY house on Seashell Lane and is surrounded by lush landscaping. Two of the perimeter properties have no homes, as they have just trees and birds in their natural habitat. One guest’s child referred to our home as "The Big Secret House" and we agree! It may very well be the best kept secret in Cape Canaveral!
The heated, screened-in pool, lined with tropical plants on all sides for privacy, has a beautiful, long sun bench inside the pool to sit on while relaxing in the water. The jacuzzi’s warmth will embrace you with each step you take into this pool of luxury, until you’re finally immersed in a hot, flowing spa. Make a poolside fire in the chiminea and bring out the wine as this will be one of the most relaxing things you do on vacation!
We also invite you to enjoy fresh fruit from one of our many seasoned fruit trees (while in season), and make “friends” with the beautiful peacocks who roam free throughout the neighborhood.
The patio has plenty of seating for sun bathing, relaxing or watching the kids play in the pool. Watch your favorite show or ballgame poolside with our outside TV or connect your phone via bluetooth and enjoy listening to your own music on the patio’s surround sound speaker system. Then grill up a great dinner for your party. Simply put - this is the best rental property in the area!
And the beach!!!! You and your family will have the luxury of waking every morning to a beach sunrise and the shoreline just minutes away. Then spreading out on this wide-open beach (frequented mainly by locals) to soak up the sun, surf the waves, shore fish, pass the frisbee or just kick back and enjoy the view. In addition, house rental includes the use of board games, outside games, 10 large screen TVs with cable and Roku, complimentary wi-fi, washer/dryer, high-chair, booster seats, pak-n-play, cooking utensils, toys, books, beach towels, beach toys, coolers, umbrella and more!
Add a golf cart, delivered to your doorstep, for a small fee (serviced by a local vendor; 3 day minimum) which is street legal, so you can take it to the beach or anywhere around town!
There’s plenty of parking (over 150’ of driveway) so feel free to bring your boat to explore the area by water!
With a beach house as perfect as this, you may opt to just stay here your entire vacation and enjoy the serenity. However, if you do choose to leave, all the tourist favorites are just a short drive away.
Close-by is the Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Jetty Park (with great fishing), the Canaveral Port with several fabulous waterfront restaurants and bars featuring live music, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier with volleyball, restaurants and music, miniature golf, the Merritt Square Shopping Mall, a 16 screen theater with IMAX, casual and upscale dining, bars, dance clubs and more. Other nearby activities include parasailing, fishing, casino day cruises, jetski rentals.
We are also only a short drive (approx. 50 miles) to Orlando if you decide to enjoy a day at one of the many theme parks - Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc. Please note, the listed price is for 12 guests.
