This sublime designer villa, with luxurious and very contemporary design, nestles on top of a hill, offering a magnificent panorama of the wooded surroundings to the azure Mediterranean. In addition to the main part, this beautiful vacation rental offers several independent apartments with kitchen, one on the 1st floor above the main part and another with two bedrooms in the DRC. The main part offers two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a magnificent living room with terrace overlooking the view and an open kitchen. All chandeliers are Murano glass, the equipment is of high quality. The lush garden, completely fenced, planted with Mediterranean species, houses a pool and a pool house, and a zen space. In a clear, very quiet, in the wild, the most active can enjoy around an amusement park and the Marineland water park of Antibes, 25km, an equestrian center and a base d tree climbing at 20km. The nearest beaches offer various water activities.
