This lovingly furnished finca is located on the outskirts of Cala Santanyí, about 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is only 3 km to Santanyí. There are numerous shops, ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and the popular weekly market every Wednesday and Saturday. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach Cala Figuera with the picturesque fishing port and the beautiful beach promenade.
The delightful little house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, bathroom, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The covered veranda is equipped with a large wooden dining table and chairs for cozy meals outdoors. Behind the house is the barbecue area with a covered terrace, also equipped with a table and chairs. In the front part of the garden is the 6.50 x 3.10 m above-ground pool with a large sun terrace and sun loungers. The extensive grounds offer a lot of variety; reading a book or enjoying a delicious dinner close to the house in the shade; refresh yourself in the pool, play football or badminton. Simply enjoy your vacation and relax!
