The lake facing composite deck is home to a large Crown Verity BBQ, dining table that seats 8, plenty of seating for lounging and a brand new hot tub. Stone steps lead you down a gentle landscaped slope to the water's edge and the boathouse that sits in a quiet cove. A perfect spot for swimming as it is away from any boat traffic. There you are greeted by a 3 slip boathouse with additional covered slip and upper level living quarters. The upper level deck offers plenty of seating with a small table and chairs, sofa set and chaise loungers. Again, plenty of seating on the multiple docks below and deep water off the dock for swimming, fishing and boating.
