There is plenty of parking in front of the building and one covered parking spot is also included. Across the street is one of the 6 satellite pools that overlooks a beautiful pond and golf course. The unit is a 3 minute walk to the Clubhouse, pro shop, grill room, dining room, resort style pool & spa, tiki bar, fully equipped fitness center and 8 tennis courts.
River Strand is a gated private community with 24/7 security. The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; Pickleball, multiple pools, two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.
GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, fitness centers, restaurants, tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + a car sticker for an easier entrance through the gate. There is an extra charge for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes such as tennis, golf, yoga, etc. The $573 membership fee is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

The restaurant and TIKY bar will be closed, refreshments will be provided by a food truck with limited options. Tenants don't have to spend any food minimum in this time. All other amenities (gyms, pickleball, tennis, pools, golf) will operate without restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
