Epicea is a large apartment located 10/15 minutes walk from the city centre. Fully equipped with nice furniture, it has three bedrooms. It can accommodate six persons comfortably. If you spend a few days or weeks in Nantes, for business purpose, holidays or a weekend, don't miss staying in this comfortable apartment !
With a surface area of 95 m², it is ideally located between Place Mellinet and Place René Bouhier. On the third and last floor with a lift, it is arranged as follows : a vast entrance hall opening onto a large living room : kitchen, lounge, dining room. This space is decorated with large bay windows with access to the balcony. The night part is separated and distributed as follows : three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and separate toilets. The rooms also benefit from the opening onto the balcony.
A major advantage : a private secure underground car park. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with its three bedrooms equipped as follows : 1 double bed (160X200), 1 double sofa bed (140X200) and two single beds (90X190). Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put down your suitcases. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, wifi connection, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

Epicea is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted there by a member of our team who will show you the apartment, how it works and give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. For a good start, we offer you a few coffee pods and a few tea bags and sugar.
Neighbourhood and transport
All the shops you need are about 7 minutes walk away (bakery, supermarket etc. . . ).
Located 10 /15 min walk from downtown and 5 minutes walk from the tramway line number 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11 ! These will allow you to reach the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. As for the Machines de l'île, they are a 15-minute walk away. As you will have understood, Epicea benefits from an ideal location to stay in Nantes.
