Enter through the side door into the entryway. You are greeted by high ceilings, loads of natural light from the many windows, beautiful wood floors, and historic touches like decorative fireplaces for added charm. To the right is the formal living room, the first of many seating areas throughout the home. This elegant space includes two comfortable sofas and is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail with guests before dinner! To the left is a more informal living area, which also includes two comfortable sofas, two chairs, and a Smart TV. Here you can enjoy watching a movie, or playing board games with the family. Just beyond this space is the kitchen, which overlooks the dining area. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking essentials, features loads of cabinet space, and stainless steel appliances. This space has a door to the outdoor patio, so you can easily bring your dining al fresco! If you prefer to dine indoors, there is a dining table with seating for up to four people. The dining space also includes a TV that can be watched as you are preparing a meal in the kitchen, and another comfortable seating arrangements for guests! There is a half bath on this level for your convenience.
On the second floor you with find the master suite. This spacious and elegant room includes a luxurious king size bed, smart TV, desk and chair for all of your work from home needs! This room also features a walk in closet and hotel-like en suite bathroom with double vanity, large tile shower, and soaking tub. The first of the guest bedrooms is also on this level and features a queen size bed, loads of natural light, and a closet. On the third floor are two identical rooms, each with a full size bed! The guest rooms share a full bathroom on the second floor.
The outdoor patio features chaise lounges for sun bathing, a table for outdoor dining, and a fire pit for nighttime entertainment! The driveway is large enough for two cars, stacked, and has an electronic gate.

Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
