Come Stay at our A-Frame!! Relax with the whole family or get away for a romantic couples retreat at this peaceful getaway that backs up to the woods surrounding Lake Texoma. Have your coffee on the spacious back deck overlooking the woods and catch a glimpse of the amazing wildlife such as a variety of birds, deer, bobcats, and coyotes. Take a short walk to the lake for fishing, rent or bring your own boat and launch from the neighborhood's marina, take fun hikes, bring your ATVs and explore on the trails. End your day with a fun campfire in the backyard oasis.
This is an A-Frame cabin in the woods. We have 3 bedrooms: two on the main level. The largest bedroom has a king bed and dresser, the second bedroom has 2 XL Twin beds (push together and they will make a king), and two full bathrooms. The front bathroom has a standing shower, sink, toilet, and washer and dryer. The 2nd bathroom is by the bedrooms with a sink, toilet, and bath/shower combo. Upstairs we have a large bedroom with 4 XL Twin beds and a deck off the bedroom. There is a fun little loft area we use as an office space or just a quiet getaway. The living room has large sliding glass doors that open up to a huge back deck with a fire table and giant patio chairs. There is an outdoor propane grill outside too. The full kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen basics for cooking, baking, and cleaning for a great escape to the lake. The dining table is right next to another set of sliding glass doors that open up to the grill and patio as well. Step down the stairway of the back deck into the wooded retreat, with pathways leading to a huge fire pit, perfect for roasting smores and hot dogs. The other pathway will take you to a bridge that allows you to cross over into the wooded area that leads to the lake. This is our family getaway, that we're sharing with you, so please take care of it as if it were your own and experience happiness - A FRAME of Mind.
The house is off the sloping street of Westminster - it is paved but bumpy (giving you the experience of coming to the lake). You can park in front of the house or in the gravel driveway.
Cambridge Shores is the treasure south of treasure island and is located on the south side of Lake Texoma near the town of Pottsboro, Tanglewood Resort, and Highport Marina.
