BEDROOM 1 (loft) – 2 Queen Size Beds and 2 Twin Beds with a dresser and two small closets; access to full bathroom w/ shower/tub
BEDROOM 2 (main level) – Queen Size Bed with dresser and closet; access to full bathroom w/ shower/tub
BEDROOM 3 (main level) – Twin Size Bed and Bunk Beds with dresser and closet; access to full bathroom w/ shower/tub
ADDITIONAL AREAS:
BASEMENT: Game Room with wraparound leather sectional, Full Bathroom with walk-in shower, flat screen TV with internet TV, propane stove, pool table, ping-pong w/ paddles, dartboard w/ darts and arcade-style shuffleboard. Entry Door with mud room area to gear up for the slopes. Washer/dryer access.
LOFT: Seating/reading area in the common area with an abundance of natural sunlight from the A-frame windows.
MAIN FLOOR LIVING ROOM: Plenty of seating, flat screen TV equipped w/ internet TV, free WiFi throughout the home for plenty of devices.
KITCHEN: Spacious/open-air, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishware/flatware, silverware, utensils, cups, mugs, and wine glasses. Drip coffee maker w/ fresh coffee supplied, espresso machine, toaster oven, stainless steel appliances including full refrigerator/freezer, stovetop/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.
FRONT YARD: Deck with seating area (summer).
BACK OF HOME: Master Bedroom 2 leads to a balcony.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: baseboard heating, board games for the whole family, hairdryer, iron/board, shampoo/conditioner for all, and washer & dryer.
Fire Pit: Please use caution when using the fire pit. Never leave unattended. Firewood not provided.
PARKING: Private driveway with parking at the property that can fit up to 4 cars.
Stays during winter storms: While every effort will be made to plow and shovel the morning of a storm, timing is not guaranteed and may vary due to storm time, duration, and intensity.
RULES: This is a non-smoking property, no parties are permitted, no groups under the age of 25 without prior approval, and pets allowed (with pre-approval only and pet fee paid). Please clean-up/dispose of all garbage prior to check-out. Full list is located in the home.
Guests have access to the entire house.
Located at the base of Hunter Ski Mtn. Minutes to either hunter North or South.
An AWD would be a could idea for winter months
While not guaranteed, early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to arrival if you are interested.
Checking in:
Use the self check-in feature on airbnb. Here you will get the door code and WiFi information.

General:
- Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet (no feminine products, paper towels, wipes etc.). Everything else must go in the trash.
- Please try to avoid wearing shoes inside the house.
- Feel free to use the board games and puzzles.
- if you remove the ping pong table please put it back on the pool table before you leave. Often times our cleaners are alone and having to lift the table could present as a problem.
We hope you have a great time and will come back to visit us again soon.
A cleaning service is included in your rental rate; however, we really
appreciate you leaving the house tidy prior to departure since we may have a
short window before our next guests arrive.
Checking out:
Interior:
- Compile bedroom/bathroom garbage into one large bag.
- Make sure all doors and all windows are shut and locked.
- Put all garbage and recycling in the bear proof garbage cans located by the front deck near the parking area– please make sure the lid is secure by lifting up on the lid to make sure it latched. Absolutely no garbage should ever be left next to the can.
- Please ensure there is no food or garbage laying around the house. Everything should be put away or thrown out.
- Return all furniture, books and games to original locations
- Make sure all kitchen appliances are switched off – i.e. stove top, oven etc.
- Turn off lights in all rooms
- Remove sheets from used beds and put them on the floor in that room. Do not remove duvet covers, pillow protectors or mattress protectors
- Place used towels on the bathroom floor
- Remove perishable food from fridge and freezer
- make sure to start the dishwasher before leaving
- Clear all kitchen countertops and leave sink empty
- Ensure you have packed all your phone/iPad/laptop etc. chargers
- be sure to pull the door closed all the way when leaving allowing the door to lock
Garbage: Garbage pick up is on Wednesday’s
No need to take it to the rd he will come to the house to get it.
Be sure to tie all of the bags!
Exterior:
- Make sure pit pit is completely out
- Dispose of all cigarette butts, bottle tops and litter from the property
Damage/Breakages:
We do not have a problem with the odd breakage, but please let us know about it
so we can replace/repair broken or damaged items before our next guests arrive.
Faulty Equipment or Appliances:
Please let us know about any appliance or piece of equipment that isn’t working.
