Positive: I travel a lot and book constantly, but I leave feedback maybe once every two years. This stay earned it. The huge gated residential area was the highlight for us — completely closed off, so our two kids could move around safely without us worrying for a second. The multiple pools were a real luxury. We never once found them crowded, and it was actually fun to pick a different pool depending on the day and mood. All well located within the complex. We stayed in building D3. The staff accommodated our specific request regarding the apartment, which we really appreciated — and everyone we dealt with was genuinely kind and helpful throughout. One note on earlier reviews: some mentioned the security staff being rude. We stayed 10 nights and found zero evidence of this. Parking was never an issue either: always easy to find a spot right in front of the gates, at any time of day. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a huge balcony we used every evening. We all slept very well, kids included. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise — much better than we expected from an internal restaurant. Worth knowing: the nearest beach is about 20 minutes away by walk. We were driving to a different beach anyway, so for us this was not a drawback at all. Would happily return.
Negative: By any realistic standard, this place and its staff did everything right to deliver the best possible stay.
