High-speed wireless internet is available and smart app TVs throughout. This magical home is perfect for large families or groups of travelers with ample space and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
MASTER BEDROOM (Upstairs)
King-sized coastal-themed bedroom with smart app TV and direct views of the golf course on the private balcony. Enjoy the colorful original stained-glass window above the sliders to the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet, dressing table and a step-in shower, and double vanity with a large mirror. There is also additional closet space. All towels, mini soap, shampoo and conditioners are supplied.
2ND BEDROOM (Upstairs)
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a tropical jungle theme. The room has plenty of closet space, an en suite bathroom with a tub/ shower, a double vanity, and a large mirror. There is also additional closet space. All towels, mini soap, shampoo and conditioners are supplied.
3RD BEDROOM (Downstairs)
The 3rd bedroom has a king-sized bed with two bright yellow end tables, beautiful new peacock design lamps and a tropical vibe. There is an en suite bathroom and large closet space. Remote workers/ students have a small work desk & chair.. All towels, mini soap, shampoo and conditioners are supplied.
LIVING ROOM 1
This semi-private living room sits opposite the dining room with a working wood fireplace, four recliners and a unique original stoned-wall design with a Kenyan animal statue.
LIVING ROOM 2
This formal living room has a beautiful piano, modern emerald, green suede sofas with gold trim, a smart streaming TV and eye-catching oriental artwork in bright colors. This room has direct access to the backyard and views of the Lake Worth golf course. There is also access to the pool area from here.
THE SAUNA
A great highlight of this classic home is the private two-person sauna with an attached bathroom with a shower. The sauna sits off the formal living room. There is access directly to the outside pool deck.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is alongside the dining room. Newly upgraded with new countertops and backsplash. Everything you need to prepare a great meal for family and friends. Drip coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster and large pantry. There is service for eight guests.
DINING
The dining room sits across the living room and next to the kitchen. There is seating for six guests and two at the kitchen bar counter on stools. The dining room has views of the lovely pool deck. There is also outside dining under a retractable awning which seats 6 guests.
ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
The entertainment room has a full-sized pool table, a wet bar with a beverage cooler and mini fridge, a bar sink and four bar stools. The room has a beautiful new sleeper sofa for one, TV console with a large smart streaming TV and surrounds sound system. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub. The room has a private entrance to the front of the home and a back entrance directly to the pool deck. Enjoy games such as Jenga, Monopoly, 30 Seconds and Backgammon.
POOL & OUTDOORS
Guests have access to the entire house, including the private pool, deck and backyard outdoor patio area! The tropical atmosphere generates the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. In the pool deck there is a natural gas BBQ grill, cantilever umbrella and lovely seating space to enjoy the views of the golf course.
Guests may contact the Lake Worth Beach Golf Course to purchase a round of golf. The pool may be heated by request and a paid daily fee. Please note that the pool does not have a safety fence or door alarms, please watch small children.
PARKING
There is parking in the garage for one car and two in the driveway.

Lake Worth Beach is a charming, quaint and historic town. Homes can be close together, so the rules below are enforced. The home is for a relaxing family/couple/friend's retreat. We hope you understand.
*We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind on this property! *No loudspeakers allowed outside property. Neighborhood enforces a no loud music neighborhood. House is for relaxing enjoyment of guests whose needs do not interfere with these restrictions.
*Noise level must be kept down when outdoors between 9pm and 9am please. Neighbors are sensitive and will call us about noise.
*Number of guests must be confirmed. Absolutely no additional guests/visitors without permission or disclosure.
*Absolutely NO SMOKING, HOOKAH or ILLEGAL DRUGS OF ANY KIND anywhere on the property. Any evidence and you will be charged the fine above.
*Owners have sentimental treasures decorating the home from travels. Items broken or permanently removed from the property will result in the fine above. Accidents do happen - we understand. Please inform us if something breaks.

* The early check-in and late check-out fee is $50/hour if available.
* This applies for any check-in before 4pm on the arrival date or check-out after 10 am on the departure date.
* Please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
* We do charge a resort fee for the use of the pool heater. The fee is $50/ day and charged through the booking site.. We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice to heat the pool.
