It is so close to all of the cafes restaurants and shopping areas of Broadbeach but is tucked away in a quiet street meaning you have the best of both worlds the Gold Coast has to offer, delivering the closeness to all the action yet whilst still been able to enjoy the peace and tranquillity this property offers.
If the amazing Water Views across your private pool from the spacious open plan living areas are not enough. It has also been decorated with quality furnishings and styled by a professional interior design team. A truly decadent holiday experience.
The Villa has plenty of room with its open plan, modern design. The huge living area opens onto the pool and outdoor entertainment area with magic views across the water. The Large Bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a King Bed and built-in wardrobes. The stunning bathroom has a walk-in shower, quality fixtures and fittings with the laundry cleverly combined. The modern kitchen has everything you could need for entertaining with quality appliances and a huge oven with gas cooktop.
Please note, external security cameras are installed at the front and rear of La Casetta for guest safety. The cameras record vision continuously.
The property is air-conditioned and has everything you could possibly need. There is parking for 1 Car in a secured carport and there is also plenty of street parking.
It is handy to all amenities, bus stops and light rail and is just a short 10 min stroll from the major shopping centre Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino.
