At Dayton Farmhouse, you'll feel like you stepped into the colorful canvas of a country farm! Enter the opulent interior that has been beautifully transformed into a unique destination of its own. Perhaps it's the white picket fence inviting entry into the surrounding orchards that contain a variety of local fruit trees, or the wildflower field which bursts with colors seasonally and draws you into the calming atmosphere, or potentially it's the warm rays of light sparkling throughout the sunroom while enjoying those precious moments of relaxation while the kids play on the swing and run through the greenery. There's simply something magical about the feeling you get while creating special memories at the Dayton Farmhouse.
Outside, this property features sprawling lawns, a traditional big red barn, firepit, outdoor seating and adorable greenhouse as well as a cozy covered porch, perfect for enjoying the serene mornings with a cup of locally roasted coffee.
Inside (main floor), the kitchen is bursting with modern updates, brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed for creating amazing meals and memories. Off of the fully equipped kitchen, is a spacious laundry room with a washer & dryer for guest use, as well as an outdoor powder room with a hand washing sink on the porch (seasonal). A formal dining room features a contemporary circular dining table with seating for six and a built-in buffet bar which then flows into a vividly appealing living room featuring a SmartTV that provides many streaming and music entertainment options.
Two large guestrooms with one queen and one double bed are also on the main level of the home, as well as the single full bathroom with a unique shower/tub combination.
Upstairs (second level), you will find the remaining three guestrooms, two with poshly appointed double beds, dressers, and a third with a twin. A workstation with a desk and comfortable chair is also located on the second floor.
