Centrally located on the West Coast of Florida, convenient to many Florida attractions, River Hideaway on the Manatee sits on 1 1/2 acres nestled at the end of a private road. This home features 4,200 square feet under air. The second floor Is the main living space and has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, living/dining room, and a family room. The family room centers around a gorgeous view of the river. If movies are for you, the family room has a 65 inch smart tv with Roku. If you love a good family game night, it is stocked with games and puzzles. If someone has to work or study, there is also a desk overlooking the river. The kitchen is fully outfitted and ready for you to get cooking! The kitchen opens up to the two story caged lanai with seating areas on both floors. The first floor has a large game room with ping pong, foosball and air hockey, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The first floor lanai has a tiki bar, table for dining and lounge chairs by the large salt water pool. If you are looking for adventure, the garage has 4 kayaks, life vests, and oars so your adventure can start right from the new 90 foot dock. Pool is not heated.
Please note that the first and second are separate. While remaining inside the home, the access is through the garage.
