1 Bedroom Apartment in Estate Bakkero, St Thomas

New construction completed end of 2020. The Studio apartment is in the lower level of the main home and has a separate entrance, parking and sleeps 2 people in a queen bed, A large separate eat in kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances and Drip coffee maker. The bathroom has a pepple floor in the shower and marble walls. The WiFi works excellent and has its own router. This studio Apartment has new kitchen, bath, tile flooring, paint, exterior plaster, ceiling fans, and new split air conditioner. It has a beautiful 40 foot long pool (shared by 2 owners who rarely ever use it, we can’t see the pool or your sun deck from the main house), sun deck, and incredible harbor and town views. Relax next to the pool with wireless internet access or take a short ride, it is only a few miles, to historic downtown Charlotte Amalie. A hundred feet above sea level and a 10 minute walk to the beach & ocean. This view is awesome.
A cozy deck with a gas grill and the essentials you need to have a relaxing vacation. Our studio apt has a large flat screen TV In the main room as well as a queen bed, side tables and built in closet. it boasts a chefs full kitchen with all the essentials. Enjoy morning coffee sitting on the deck in captain's chairs as you watch the boats, mega yachts, and cruise ships glide by with the full view of the ocean and harbor as well as distant islands. Then consider visiting the beach at Marriott's Morning Star (less than half a mile walk) and soak up the sun or lounge in the shade before a mid-day snorkel or skim boarding lesson! NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!

Summary: Fantastic location. Pictures are beautiful but barely do it justice! Short, 3 min walk from a hotel entrance where you can catch a cab right away (dont bother trying to call companies). The pool was amazing!!
