Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is excellent. It is in a well secured area of Ikeja GRA. There is 24 hour electricity. The staff were nice. I’ll give the property a score of 5 to 6 because of the below.
Negative: The picture on the booking.com website does not match the place that I was given. Although the picture advertised showed that there is a swimming pool, but it is a communal one and not solely for the apartment. And the apartment advertised is more bigger than what I was given and showed some facilities like snooker pool but no snooker pool in what I was given. There was no where to hang clothe on the back of the door or outside the cupboard. It took some days before gas cooker was set up as the gas was not filled and it also took some days for the switch to boil water could be fixed. There was leakage of water from the pipes in the toilet and no where to hang the towel in the shower/toilet. Having a toaster would be an added advantage for the property.
Summary: Excellent location but they need to work on the above negative things to help improve customer experience
