This stunning Adirondack-style home offers the ultimate getaway experience for families and friends. With 5 spacious bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Located in the Suissevale community, you enjoy access to a large shared sandy beach and the inviting waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. The beautiful and spacious beach, with a gazebo, swim area, volleyball court, fishing lagoon, picnic tables, and grills, is just a short drive away - just a half mile to the beach! The Suissevale clubhouse, located nearby, offers tennis courts, basketball, and a playground.
You'll be amazed by the high-end appliances that are fitted throughout the kitchen of this home, making it a breeze to cook up a storm. At the beverage bar, use one of the two coffee makers for your morning cup of coffee, put the blender to work making smoothies and slushies for the day’s adventures, and stop back in the evening for that bottle of wine you chilled in the wine fridge. The main level has a half bath with laundry, and access to the garage - one bay of the garage is available to guests for parking.
As you enter the great room, you'll be greeted by a beautiful stone fireplace that serves as the focal point for the main level. This warm and inviting space is perfect for gatherings and enjoying quality time with loved ones. When it's time to relax and unwind, head to the primary suite off the great room, where you’ll find a comfortable king bed and well-appointed en-suite bath.
