Summary: When I left the property, the ceiling fan was not broken but I received a message the same day that the ceiling fan that was controlled by wall switches bulb was broken and fan did not work. My credit card on file was charged for the same $250 that they had just in case something happened. We had to be out by 9 am so I forgot to take exit pictures.
