Our four bedroom, two bath home with two kitchens on two levels will suit the needs of many families and groups up to 14 or just a single family vacation with our low rates. There is a single slip boat dock with a new swim deck, a charcoal grill, picnic table, firepit, and large covered porch with an amazing view of the water. A boat launch is located on the property with plenty of parking. No need to spend extra time going to and from marina to launch your PWC/ boat.
Located only a hundred yards from the main channel and a short distance from the mouth of Rock Creek makes it an ideal place on the water. Lot is shady and peaceful making for the ultimate relaxing vacation. The home has been remodeled to include new mattresses, new appliances in upstairs kitchen, new sofa-beds and TV's along with new flooring and paint throughout the home. Home has and upstairs and downstairs living areas. Downstairs is handicapped accessible with one bedroom downstairs, accessible bathroom, no steps onto patio and only one step to get to the waters edge. Grab bars at handicapped height commode and in shower. Ample eating areas includes large table downstairs and on the upstairs screened porch. Smaller table in upstairs kitchen.
