Rose Ranch is a 1 1/2 story custom home located just outside of Black River Falls, WI. Close to town but secluded and serene with beautiful views of woodlands, rolling hills, serene surrounding and wildlife. Must have a minimum of four guests to book.
This 100 acre private estate has walking trails throughout and is just off the snowmobile trails in Jackson County. ATV trails are two miles away but the property has extra parking for trailers and toy-haulers. Snowshoeing, sledding and hiking are welcome!
The home accommodates 14 with 5 Queen beds, 1 King bed and one queen sofa sleeper, all dressed in high quality mattresses, fine linens and comforters. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The loft features a queen bed and extra room for roaming. Guests are not squeezed into tiny rooms packed with numerous bunk beds, instead each enjoys pillow top queen mattresses and room to stretch. Must have a minimum of 4 guests to rent.
Fully furnished throughout with quality furniture and decor, fully appointed gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar, 2 1/2 bathrooms with tubs and one garden tub. All the essentials from body wash, shampoo and conditioner to luxury towels are provided for guest convenience!
