Summary: The property is very well situated right in the village centre. The property has three bedrooms so plenty of space and is well furnished and equipped. The views from the garden in the advert are maybe slightly miss leading. You can see the sea but it is through other peoples gardens and only slightly. Access to this is also up a steep hill. My biggest issue with the operators of this property isnt the property itself but the communication. The automated emails are useful but if you have further questions (which i did), then you have; WhatsApp, Email and a phone number. I had questions regarding the parking. Via phone number - no response. Via email - no response. Via WhatsApp - two people responded eventually. I think the response rate, at least from my own experience, is one message per 24 hours. And when they did respond, rather than answering the questions above in the WhatsApp chat they responded with generic completely useless answers. If someone asks a direct question like; "where exactly is the parking?", dont respond with "there is parking available". Yes i know its available but where?? Its only for this reason I am leaving this review as it is. If Sydes can actually perform real customer service, a.k.a respond to messages directly, then they would have been a good company to use. Hopefully you guys can improve your communication.
