Positive: Stayed many many times at Cocorvada first time at this apartment. I loved the pool area and gardens but spoilt by road noise. I liked the layout of apartment the facilities were well worn. It had a good tv and we used our fire stick. A new washer which was very good. good to have a second bathroom. Felt safe on the 2nd Floor. Convenient to shops and restaurants . Will not stay in this apartment again.
Negative: I didnt like the road noise not relaxing by the pool or on the balcony. The apartment is well worn it requires attention to the flooring and decorating. The kitchen needs new crockery. Requires new kettle that one leaks. Bathroom no seal on shower screen bathroom flooded every time i had a shower the toilet requires a new push button that got stuck and continued to waste water. Bedrooms wardrobes full of bedding nowhere to hang my dresses hardly any coat hangers. Bedding a thin sheet require new pillows plus the table underneath the dressing table full of dust not been cleaned for months. Lounge area the sofas are a disgrace dirty and new cushions required then the patio door showed by the person who let us into the apartment that you had to push really hard to slide it open this was ridiculous it was like a workout trying to open and shut it not acceptable. All balconies the glass needs cleaning on them dirty area needs a good cleaning, I used the hoover twice to clean up shouldnt have to do that on holiday. Couldn't fault the lovely pool area sun beds excellent and gardens well maintained. Problem one of the nights at 3am a woman banging on next door trying to get into apartment she was English her swearing was disgusting this went on for 20mins she was asking her partner to let her in and shouted that she had to go to f....g work the next day i was about to ring the police but she went. I think she was on the wrong floor as no one was staying on our floor. Wont stay at this apartment again fortunately for us it was only a base. I think its over priced but it could be so nice obviously previous clients dont have respect for other peoples property.
