Villa Alegre is a pretty Mallorcan villa situated in the countryside on the outskirts of Pollensa town. Inside, living accommodation is situated on ground level and is comfortably furnished throughout with air-conditioning in the lounge and kitchen. Through the dining room a corridor leads to three bedrooms, decorated in a traditional style, all sharing a family bathroom. The third bedroom has a single bed and a pull out bed, suitable for a child and the internal window looks into the lounge area. Outside, well kept gardens surround the pool area and palms, flowers and fruit trees provide some beautiful colours and smells. There are two covered dining terraces outside as well as a built-in barbecue but for those who would prefer to sample some local dishes, the restaurants of Pollensa can be reached within an easy 25 minute walk.
