We have thought through every aspect of your stay to ensure every comfort and amenity is provided so Alki Beach Escape is sure to provide memories and experiences that will last a lifetime!
Open up the sliding doors connected to the kitchen to hang out on the front porch while still being connected to anything going on inside. Or head up to the rooftop deck to enjoy the Puget Sound views. If you decide you've relaxed enough, you can get involved in the action! There are plenty of rental vendors nearby to gear you up for whichever adventure you'd like to take on that day. Go for a walk, a bike ride, roller blade, kayak, paddleboard, join a game of volleyball, or just hang out on the sandy beach to take in the cityscape. (There is no better place to view the city skyline than from Alki!) Get lucky during the fall/winter season and you might catch a show from the local Orca whales!

Then sink into the patio sofa to enjoy some stargazing next to the ambiance of your fire table. THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Alki Beach is where Seattleites escape to when they want to live close to the water but get out of the bustle of downtown, just 15 minutes away. The neighborhood wraps around the coastline of West Seattle giving you jaw dropping views of the Seattle cityscape. Just don't forget to turn around! In the charming beach town behind you, sits Alki Beach Park packed full of restaurants, cafes, and bars. You will also find a brewery hosting yoga sessions, beach shops, historic landmarks, and several iconic restaurants to Seattle. We're happy to share our recommendations with you! Running parallel to the sandy beach, cyclists, runners, long boarders and rollerbladers can take advantage of a paved, 2.5-mile-long pathway. Bicycles, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are conveniently available for rent. On a sunny day, you might just want to pull up a lounge chair and snag yourself one of the grills and firepits there for public use.
GETTING AROUND
The West Seattle Water Taxi is the best way to get to and from downtown Seattle, leaving from its dock near the Seattle Ferry Terminal in downtown. This 15-minute boat ride drops you right off on the eastern end of Alki Beach. There is street side parking if you prefer to drive yourself. Downtown is about 20 minutes away, and Uber/Lyft are widely available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund. Insurance is available at a cost of 7% of the gross rental fee and allows you to cancel at any time without penalty under one of the 30 covered reasons (additional information on this insurance available upon request). Insurance is only available to US and Canadian travelers at this time.
