Positive: The host was very kind and flexible. We checked in a few hours earlier than the provided time slot (12:30) and there was no problem. Same for the checkout, we preferred to leave at 6am and again, there were no issues. The view is amazing, with the house being higher up than the rest of the village, with fantastic sunrises and sunsets! The apartment itself is very nice and roomy, with good quality materials and furniture all around. There is a Billa supermarket and a gas station nearby. There is room to park your car right in front of the house. We stayed here during our ski trip to Zell am See - Kaprun. The apartment is around 25 minutes away by car.
Negative: The communication with the host was a bit tricky because we knew very little German and she knew very little English, but we managed. There were no major issues in that regard. The biggest issue (we knew about it before booking so it was not a surprise) was the lack of internet connection. While it was not a major inconvenience, it feels a bit weird not having WiFi in 2025, especially since cell reception is not at its best in that area.
