Summary: Weekend staycation to visit friends in the area so we did not have to drive home late at night. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past several years and will likely come back in the future. Phone was missing in our room but the base of the phone was on the table. I had to go to the lobby bar to order our dinner in person. I told the front desk person the following morning when we were checking out and she graciously offered me vouchers for free breakfast. I was very delighted to accept her offer and we left the hotel smiling and the hot breakfast in 2 boxes. Very nice!
