Lush tropical grounds and large shared pool are just outside the doors of the Garden Getaway. Expansive covered porch, large living room and full kitchen. Tucked away in mid-town Key West. Amanda`s Garden Getaway is part of a larger compound and can be combined with Tree House upstairs for added guests. If you have an even larger group, the entire compound is available.
Amanda's Garden Getaway offers the privacy of a gated property with a large shared pool and huge living room with cathedral ceiling. The living room has a set of french doors that open to a small covered porch with a view of the huge pool and lush tropical landscaping. Sit by the pool just outside your place on one of the lounge chairs and soak up some of our Key West sun, or relax on the covered porch overlooking the pool.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower and laundry facilities. The king bedroom and queen bedroom share a full bath with a tub, and just outside is a private outdoor shower and washer/dryer. Just off the queen bedroom is a sleeping porch with two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.
The living area is great for gathering and there is a dining table that seats 6 with extra chairs available. There is a breakfast bar and full kitchen.
Amanda's Garden Getaway is part of a larger compound and can be combined with Tree House upstairs for added guests. If you have an even larger group, the entire compound is available.

Summary: Wasn't impressed with interior. Walking through bedroom to get to bathroom to get to bedroom, then another was not set up for any type of privacy, even though two bedrooms had doors leading onto the porch. Closet interior in primary bedroom was falling apart, water from the shower in the bathroom off the living room ran under the door in the bedroom and had to be cleaned up. Poor design there. One window AC quit working first day we were there. Rat poop on the side tables. Outdoor shower was great and relaxing, pool and outdoor area were great. Will be a little more selective next visit on accommodations. Key West vacation was great, accommodations not as much but still was a dry place to sleep.
