Positive: For me personally everything about this complex was wonderful (the location of the resort itself and amenities provided were second to none, apartments all spotlessly clean and all had terrific views - both ocean or mountain vistas were equally stunning - and had everything you might need). The overall impression I had is that the staff here have gone to great lengths and thought of a million and one details to ensure guests have a truly relaxing and highly enjoyable stay. Kym was exceptionally friendly, approachable and helpful (nothing was too much trouble). It was my first time staying here and I have to say I can't wait to return here for my next holiday!
