The Bellevue Farm estate is a combination of two homes located on the same 10 acre, sun drenched estate. The Farm House is a three bedroom home with a maximum occupancy of 9 and the Beach House is a four bedroom home with a maximum occupancy of 12. Cancelation Summary:
a. Cancelation- 90 days or more prior to Arrival Date: All monies refunded, except for
$600 cancelation fee.
b. Cancelation- 60 days or more prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $600 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
(depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
c. Cancelation - Less than 60 days prior to Arrival Date: Owner to retain the $600 cancelation fee, and Occupant forfeits the Initial Deposit and Remaining Deposit, unless all or a portion of the period reserved by Occupant is successfully re-marketed, in which case the Initial Deposit & Remaining Deposit may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (depending on whether all of the same days are paid for by the new occupant, and whether the same Lodging Rate is received by Owner).
