Large kitchen for cooking while family enjoys a game of pool or warm fireplace. Grass yard with brick fire pit and Ocean view. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and walks on the beach.

Due to proximity to neighbors loud parties are not allowed and quiet time after 10pm is necessary.
This home is very close to surfing spots, Sand dunes ATV rentals, paddle board & kayak tours in our beautiful estuary right in front, beach horse back rides or longer mountain rides, guided mountain hikes to waterfall, wineries/fine restaurants/spas in the Guadalupe Valley, local cafe (extensive menu of world cuisines), Italian thin crust pizzeria, beach front restaurant, and just north of us spend the day shopping for artisanal items and dining on lobster in Puerto Nuevo, 25 to 30 minutes away clubs-dancing/bars/restaurants/artisanal shops in Rosarito beach-downtown or Ensenada, pottery mile shopping on south end of Rosarito, and more
