Welcome to our beautiful holiday home Seestern. Are you looking for a large, cozy, modern holiday home in the Baltic or Schleinähe for up to 8 people?Then you are exactly right with us!Our house is about 140 square meters and offers space on two floors for up to 8 people. For toddlers is in the house a stair fall protection and a cot, and a children's travel cot, which can be set up if necessary.

It consists of: kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), a travel cot and a cot for the children and two sleeping cubes! Fireplace room, billiard room, shower room and 2 guest toilets. In the fireplace room, kitchen and bathroom, the floor is tiled. Cork flooring is laid in the bedrooms, in the dining room and in the billiard room. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor of the house. The large garden (about 1000 square meters) and the covered terrace adjoin the fireplace room. In good weather, the garden invites to play, run around, relax, read and sunbathe. For children there is a double swing and a 3m x 2m football goal. For the cozy time you have two beach chairs available. The garden furniture consists of solid wood furniture. The 6 chairs with seat cushions have a multi-adjustable recliner backrest. A barbecue is ready for you. If it does rain, you can enjoy the fresh air under the roof of the terrace. For cozy hours in the house invites the fireplace in the fireplace room. Sufficient firewood is located in the firewood shed and can be burned by you körbeweise for a small fee. The first basket is of course free of charge. For the playful vacation / holiday guests is in the house the billiard room. There is a 7 foot (215cm x 118cm) billiard table, a ping pong table and a 42 satellite TV with a Nintendo Wii available. You are also welcome to bring your own game console (Playstation or similar) and connect it to the existing HDMI connection. So that you can enjoy your holiday to the last minute, the final cleaning is already included in the rental price. In the garage you will find a large wagon, the z. B. Walks with picnic can be used. You are welcome to store your bicycles with you in the garage. In the adjoining building is the garage and a residential apartment, which is permanently rented to one person.
