The Ankora apartments are part of family apartments, me and my family are living in the house (at the upper floors) so we could be on disposal for all your needs. I will most probably welcome you, show around in the apartment and obtain you keys, but if not, I will always be sure there is someone there to hand over the keys if I can't be there for check in.
